Electronics Manufacturing Supervisor

The Electronics Manufacturing Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly lines, including hands-on leadership of hourly associates, ensuring daily production goals are met, maintaining product quality, and driving a clean, organized, and continuous-improvement-focused environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supervising at least 10 direct reports in an electronics or electro-mechanical assembly environment
• Strong understanding of production flow, electronic/mechanical assembly processes, and manufacturing operations
• High attention to detail, quality control practices, and continuous improvement mindset
• Leadership experience including coaching, mentoring, and developing hourly associates
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in an Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or related technical field strongly preferred
