Facilities Maintenance Technician

Arrow International is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to support their manufacturing team in Cleveland, OH. This position involves providing support to the facilities and maintenance team, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of building systems. Requirements

• Perform simple facility maintenance as directed by management.
• Provide support to third party professionals including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair involving the maintenance of multiple buildings.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions, as directed.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities and individuals of all levels within and outside the organization.
