Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company developing medicines that treat intractable diseases by silencing the genes that cause them. The Summer Intern, Agentic Systems will support discovery research by contributing to the development of advanced AI systems that assist scientific research and decision-making.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Proficiency in Python, with experience building analytical pipelines or AI-driven applications.
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) or AI-based automation tools.
- Basic understanding of biological or biomedical research concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional research environment.
