Join Rescue Rooter of ARS as a HR Business Partner to lead human resources functions, foster a positive workplace culture, and collaborate with management on strategic decisions at our service centers.
Serve as the primary HR contact for the branch, support recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and employee relations, handle policy implementation, compliance, and documentation, and conduct new hire orientation and coordinate training sessions.
This role requires 5 years of progressive HR experience, ability to work full-time in-office, working knowledge of employment laws, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HR systems.
