
Job description
Provides skilled leadership in the delivery of human resource services and activities to the management team and employees. Serves as a liaison to management on HR related issues such as talent and performance management, leadership development, workforce planning, labor & employee relations, training objectives, compensation, and benefits.
Conducts inquiries and investigations, assists in responding to claims from outside entities, counsels site supervisory management on the Labor Agreement, provides daily guidance to front-line managers and employees, and manages complex employee relations issues.
Requires strong Employee Relations and Conflict Resolutions skills, knowledge of employment related laws, NLRA, and compliance with government regulations, and excellent computer skills with MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
