Job Description
We are in the search of a Human Recourses Generalist for a world-class company in Mexico Metropolitan Area. The HR Superintendent will provide support in a variety of HR disciplines, including but not limited to employee relations, LFT, IMSS, benefits, audits, performance management, safety, legal compliance, and strategic planning.
Requirements
- A Degree in BA or related field
- Min. 10 years of experience in the HR field
- Keen knowledge and experience with implementation and tracking of HR KPIs
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- In-depth knowledge of Mexico Labor Law and HR best practices, Compensation & Benefits Administration, Recruitment & Selection, Training, Internal Communication, Labor Relations, and its RIT
- Bilingual English/Spanish
