Human Resources Manager

Human Resources Manager is entrusted with steering the organization towards its business objectives through strategic human capital planning. The role demands the implementation of cutting-edge HR practices to propel business success, mitigate risks, and harmonize with Regional HR directives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (required), with coursework in business, human resources, or organizational development preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of Manager experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Human Resources roles with progressing responsibilities.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with Union is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
