Requirements
- Minimum of two years of similar or related experience, to include consumer lending
- High school education or GED
- Experience in loan documentation, processing, or sales is required
- Proven exceptional skills in credit mining and cross-selling of credit union products
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to consistently create and deliver an extraordinary member experience
- Ability to maintain composure and perform duties in a fast paced environment
- Be self-driven and demonstrate high initiative
- Experience with credit union technology and systems, including but not limited to Symitar, MeridianLink, and CRM software
