Job Description
Design, implement, and manage the comprehensive Total Rewards strategy for India, ensuring it is competitive, cost-effective, and legally compliant.
Requirements
- Full-time MBA/PGDM in HR from a premier institute, or a relevant Master's degree
- 6 to 8 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 4-5 years specialized in Compensation & Benefits/Total Rewards
- Expert proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards) and PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and compensation survey tools
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Certifications (Preferred): Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar global certification
