The Tower Bar Host is responsible for creating a welcoming and seamless experience for all guests, helping to broaden the mission and profile of the Momentary and Crystal Bridges. The Host exhibits exemplary service, serving as the first point of contact and leaving a lasting positive impression on every guest.
Requirements
- Maintain thorough knowledge of exhibitions, performances, history, and events.
- Greet and seat guests in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow using appropriate tools and systems.
