Our client, a new Silicon Valley-based profitable B2C product startup, is looking for an experienced Growth Product Manager to drive growth initiatives across multiple products and focusing on mobile.
Requirements
- 5+ years of growth product management experience, focusing on mobile
- A strong track record in growth, activation, feature adoption, or monetization at consumer software companies
- Prior experience building and scaling consumer subscription or freemium products
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms, product analytics, and data visualization tools.
- Ability to clearly prioritize and impact-driven
- Analytical: Strong command of data – fluent in SQL with a proven ability to self-serve insights. Comfortable using data science and experimentation tools.
- Customer-Obsessed: Deeply understand user motivation and behavior; obsessed with increasing user value
- Able to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, remote environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, able to work independently, and comfortable moving quickly
- English - advanced spoken and written
