• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM platforms, and recruitment automation tools
• Capable of working autonomously, handling multiple job openings simultaneously, and meeting tight deadlines
• Ability to quickly adjust to various industries, client expectations, and hiring approaches
• Good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
