Requirements
- Completed bachelor's degree (any discipline)
- 5-10 years of B2B sales experience in the construction, mechanical building, and/or engineering sectors
- Proven experience in team supervision and sales leadership
- Prior participation in management committees (major asset)
- Ease with CRM tools and structured sales processes
- Mobilizing leadership and strategic sense
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Perfect bilingualism (French/English)
