Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Partner, Labour Relations to join a dynamic team and act as a key advisor to managers on human resources and labour relations issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources and labour relations.
- Strong mastery of labour laws.
- Excellent relational skills and developed political sense.
- Influential leadership, autonomy, and judgment.
- Solution-oriented approach and continuous improvement.
