Job Description
Innovation Manager (12-month contract) for Arterra Wines Canada, reporting to the Director of Innovation & New Product Development. The role oversees project management for all line extensions across 3 production facilities, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- University Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 10 years relevant business experience in a combination of innovation/NPD and project management roles
- Experience in leading diverse, cross-functional teams, working on complicated projects
- Strong leadership, influence & negotiation skills necessary to support change management
- Resilient and persistent, comfortable with ambiguity and managing through adversity
