Requirements
- Minimum of 2 Years’ Customer Service Experience
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC Sales and Distribution (SD) module
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication in English
- Proven ability to collaborate and contribute within a team environment
