Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven, Strategic Initiatives Lead to drive enterprise-wide priority programs across the organization to scale growth, improve processes, and lead cultural transformation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a strategy, project management, operational excellence, process improvement, or similar field
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
- Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
