Job Description
The Initiatives Lead will lead the development and delivery of the New Generation Industry Leaders Program, working with industry experts and C-suite leaders to shape the future of manufacturing and supply chains.
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, public policy, or related disciplines)
- 7+ years of relevant experience in program development, community building, event management
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering talent development programs at a global or regional level
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinate across teams, and deliver high-quality outcomes on time
