Job Description
ARUP Laboratories is seeking a Technician I to provide services of both a technical and non-technical nature in the laboratory service areas. The Technician I is in training to perform duties such as data handling, specimen processing, internal and external communications and documentation, performance and documentation of quality control and equipment maintenance, supply maintenance, and minor problem-solving.
Requirements
- Some college level courses in biology or related life sciences is preferred
- Must be able to stoop, bend, and reach
- Must be able to communicate frequently with others
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment
