IT Order to Cash Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
• 8 + years of experience in an IT application leadership role, with substantial exposure to OTC processes
• Proven experience with SAP SD module (and SAP GTS) within Order-to-Cash landscape
• Strong understanding of the OTC end-to-end process (order entry, pricing, billing, shipping, export compliance, credit management, collections)
• Experience in managing global teams, vendor/outsourcing partners, and cross-regional system landscapes
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, standardisation and automation in a complex ERP environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to interact with business leaders, IT and third-party service providers
• Solid governance mindset: change management, incident management, system controls, data integrity
