Requirements

• Strong data analysis skills in Excel and SAP
• Experience in liquid chemical manufacturing preferred
• Knowledge of reliability engineering tools (FMEA, RCFA, RCM) and predictive maintenance techniques (vibration, lubrication, NDE, thermography, ultrasonics)
• Understanding of rotating equipment, equipment life-cycle cost, and critical spare parts analysis
• Familiarity with RAGAGEP, PSM, MOC, and maintenance work management processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work independently and collaboratively; strong communication and presentation skills
