Job Description
Ontex is seeking a Reliability Engineer to improve the maintenance process for their production lines. The role involves collaborating with operational maintenance teams to increase reliability, reduce costs, and propose modifications to machinery. This is a key position within the maintenance department focused on preventing failures and enhancing efficiency.
Requirements
- Report safety risks and develop preventive measures.
- Prioritize safety in work execution (lock-out tag-out, risk analysis).
- Create preventative maintenance plans using CM, PMO, and RCA.
- Analyze production data and equipment.
- Actively participate in root cause analysis (RCA).
