As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will serve as a technical expert and operational lead for Asana’s Executive, Equity and Sales compensation programs. You will apply your expertise in quantitative analysis and compensation to advise, influence, and implement business decisions, acting as a bridge between data and compensation strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in global compensation, with a specific focus on equity or executive compensation.
- Advanced experience in Excel/Google Sheets (complex modeling is a must) and proficiency with Workday Advanced Compensation.
- Experience with E-Trade/Equity Edge or similar stock administration platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong quantitative skills with a track record of developing compensation models and conducting statistical analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of equity program design, executive benchmarking, and regulatory filing requirements (Proxy/10-K data).
- Ability to distill complex data into clear compensation insights and develop user-friendly communication materials for stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain data integrity.
- Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making.
