The Senior Engineering Manager, Consumption Based Billing & Licensing team is responsible for building the systems that decide what customers can access, what they've purchased, and what they've used. The role leads and grows a team of engineers, sets technical direction, and partners with various teams to turn business needs into shipped solutions.

Requirements

• Strong engineering management experience, ideally at the level of leading a team through complex product and platform work
• Experience working on fintech systems with real business impact
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and move work forward across multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Strong technical judgment and comfort discussing architecture, data models, APIs, and system reliability
• Track record of hiring, coaching, and developing engineers
• Clear, practical communication style and strong cross-functional collaboration skills
