Senior Engineering Manager, Payment Platform

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for Asana’s monetization platform. The team builds the internal platform, APIs, and administrative experiences that enable Asana to safely and rapidly launch and evolve monetization capabilities at scale.

Requirements

• Experience managing software engineering teams in scalable backend, platform engineering, or service-oriented architecture environments
• Strong technical background in scalable backend systems, platform engineering, or full-stack application development
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple engineering and business stakeholders
• Strong execution, prioritization, and organizational leadership skills
• Experience operating production systems with high reliability and scalability requirements
• Experience hiring, onboarding, and growing engineering teams
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
