General Sales Manager

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a General Sales Manager to oversee and drive both people and financial success in variable operations. The successful candidate will have a passion for developing talent, providing exceptional guest experiences, and being an innovator in the automotive industry.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Hands-on active manager involved in all aspects of the sales process
• Strong track record of developing and mentoring sales consultants, F&I managers, and other sales managers
• Excellent customer service (CSI) history
• 5-8 years of automotive experience
• Proven track record and experience as a sales consultant, F&I Manager, and Used or New Sales Manager
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
