Tax Staff (Hybrid)

LMC is searching for a Tax Staff to work in a team-oriented environment while taking on a variety of assignments. The role involves preparing and submitting tax returns, auditing tax forms, and providing tax planning to clients.

Requirements

• 1-3 years' experience as a Tax Preparer or a similar role
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related discipline, Masters in Taxation a plus
• CPA preferred
• Knowledge of tax preparation software
• Comprehensive understanding of government tax laws
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Solid analytical, mathematical, and research skills
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
