Senior DevOps Engineer

We are Ascenda, a global Loyalty-as-a-Service company, and we're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team in Singapore. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for proposing and implementing improvements related to scalability, automation, performance, CI/CD, self-service for other teams, cost optimization.

Requirements

• Knowledge in Linux, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD (we use Jenkins, Github Actions, ArgoCD).
• Experience with AWS.
• Experience in automation, configuration and infrastructure management tools.
• Knowledge in scripting and writing small utilities (shell, Python, Golang, etc.).
• Knowledge and interest in observability, networking, databases (we use Postgres and Redshift).
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain system performance metrics and SLA compliance.
• Good problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills, ability to collaborate with different teams.
