Senior Software Engineer, Core Loyalty

Ascenda is a global Loyalty-as-a-Service company that powers the growth of leading financial services brands worldwide. We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Singapore/Vietnam.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on system design and development
• Strong technical background, prior experience in leading project delivery related to large-scale, high-throughput distributed systems on the Cloud
• Experience in mentoring and/or leading junior engineers, guiding and coaching them for high performance
• Fluency in Ruby is good to have, though candidates who demonstrate willingness and ability to quickly scale up on Ruby are welcome to apply
