Job Description
Ascending.ltd is a human capital specialized company in Angola seeking Human Resources Technicians to support future projects and respond to the needs of our clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a Human Resources function or similar.
- Domination of performance management and evaluation tools;
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English (mandatory);
- Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills;
- Analytical ability and problem-solving capacity;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Angolan LGT is required.
