Job Description
The Digital Branch Account Officer provides exceptional service, completes transactions, and resolves problems for members through digital communication. They open new accounts, promote and sell credit union products and services, and prepare loan applications for decision.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Three to five years similar or related experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professional, pleasant, and outgoing personality
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Thorough knowledge of Credit Consumer laws
- Knowledge of all laws and regulations regarding this position
- Ability to calculate loan payments and rates
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to sell
