Job Description
Ascentria Care Alliance is seeking a Foster Family Resource and Licensing Specialist to work with our Unaccompanied Refugee Minor Program. The ideal candidate will have experience working with refugee minors, the foster care system, and diverse populations, and will be able to maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders, families, and youth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field
- 1 year experience
- LSW licensure eligibility
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to utilize independent sound clinical judgement and decision making
- Mediation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work within the Mission of the agency
