Job Description
Ascentria Care Alliance is seeking a Resettlement Navigator to support refugees in their resettlement process. The Resettlement Navigator will develop and maintain relationships with cases assigned to them and provide intensive support to each refugee during their initial period of resettlement.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Valid Driver's License, positive driving record, and proof of automobile insurance
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, databases
- Ability to speak a language our clients speak (Swahili, Kinyarwanda, and other)
