Resettlement Navigator Assistant

The Resettlement Navigator Assistant assists the case management team in supporting refugees during their initial period of resettlement. The position involves developing and maintaining relationships with cases, providing transportation, and facilitating community integration.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Organized with great attention to detail and great flexibility
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and responsible for attending all appointments and meetings scheduled
• Experience or openness to working with people from a variety of cultural backgrounds
• Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with moving, packing, and apartment setup
