Job Description
Ascentria Care Alliance is seeking a Youth and Family Specialist II to work with children, families, and seniors in New England. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field and 2 years of clinical experience working with children and families. The role involves providing direct therapeutic services, conducting assessments and developing treatment plans, and working with other service providers to build resources for clients.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field
- 2 years of clinical experience working with children and families
- LSWA certification or eligibility to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (for URM/DCS candidates)
- Valid Driver's License and proof of automobile insurance
- Computer skills, including word, email competence, and Excel
- Knowledge of treatment modalities and counseling methods
- Ability to work in a multicultural/diverse work environment
