Job Description
Ashby is looking for a Manager to lead our GTM Systems & Tools team, ensuring our internal infrastructure is high-performing and efficient. The successful candidate will have experience at a fast-growing SaaS company and a strong understanding of GTM tech stacks. The role involves architecting and managing the revenue tech stack, leading a team of systems experts, and partnering with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Experience at a fast-growing SaaS company (ideally $100Mâ$300M ARR range)
- Strong understanding of GTM tech stacks
- Leadership experience, including team management and cross-functional project management
- Ability to translate technical requirements into business outcomes for stakeholders
