Senior Manager, GTM Programs

As a Senior Manager of GTM Programs, you will lead and drive core programs to transform the way Samsara's Implementation, Renewals, and Customer Success teams operate, making them more efficient and higher quality at their role, leading to increased renewal rates and customer NPS.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• 5+ years of people management experience
• 7+ years of project management experience
• Demonstrated ability to build program and project management infrastructure and operations
• Strong business acumen and understanding of sales motions, organizational design, and GTM planning processes
