Senior Manager, Go-to-Market Onboarding

Samsara is seeking a Senior Manager of Go-to-Market Onboarding to lead and scale onboarding programs for Sales, Customer Success, and Renewals teams. This role is strategic, focused on accelerating ramp and improvement in program performance, and requires a strong people and program management focus. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• 2–3 years of people leadership experience
• 6–8 years of enablement experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
• Direct sales experience with a strong understanding of GTM motions
• Demonstrated organizational leadership skills, including clear communication and collaboration
• Strong communication skills
• Proven ability to manage complex programs end-to-end
• Strong business acumen
