Job Description
Inizio Engage Canada is seeking a Bilingual Virtual Treatment Navigator with strong telecommunications skills and knowledge of Health Canada regulations for adverse event reporting to provide timely enrolment of patients into Patient Support Programs.
Requirements
- Fully Bilingual (French-English)
- DEC is required; Bachelor degree is an asset
- Minimum of 2 years of related job experience; 1-2 years of Drug/Medical Information experience is a plus
- Effective communication and tele-management skills
- Knowledge of Health Canada regulations for adverse event reporting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent computer skills, can navigate through different system
- Ability to wok effectively in a team environment
- Flexible and adaptable to meet scheduling and organizational needs
