Requirements
- 5+ years General Sales Management experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related areas
- Prior experience managing a team of 25 or more associates
- Proven track record of meeting financial objectives
- Ability to positively lead, mentor and drive a successful sales team
- Experience in a commissioned sales environment
- Proven track record of customer service excellence
