Workplace Management Specialist

As a Workplace Management Specialist, you will plan, implement, and oversee CAPEX projects in the Corporate Services Department, ensuring they comply with ADB policies and are brought to the condition necessary for their intended use.

Requirements

• University degree in business, public administration, law, economics, finance, engineering, or related fields
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in capital project delivery support, project management, project controls, financial analysis, budget management, governance, or related functions
• Relevant professional certification in project, program, or portfolio management, project controls, or related disciplines
• International experience working in several countries
• Experience in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial management
• Experience with project controls and project management concepts, practices and general policies, procedures, guidelines, and reporting requirements across capital projects
• Proficiency in the use of relevant computer-based programs and applications
• Leadership experience including mentoring junior team members
• Excellent command in written and verbal communication in English
