Workplace Management Specialist

Join ADB as a Workplace Management Specialist to provide technical and operational management and oversight of outsourced facilities management services. As a key member of the Workplace Management and Hospitality Division, you will contribute to strengthening CSWH's depth in technically led Facilities Management operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, building services engineering, facilities management, or another relevant technical discipline
• Professional accreditation or licensure in a relevant engineering or technical discipline
• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience managing technical facilities or building operations and maintenance
• International experience working in several countries or in multicultural environments
• Experience in technically led FM operations, including hard services, MEPF systems, outsourced service delivery, and soft-services interfaces
• Hands-on operational experience in preventive and corrective maintenance planning, technical inspections, work execution monitoring, and resolution of building systems issues
