Oversee dental providers, assure quality of dental services, and provide oversight over specific agency components as directed by the Chief Dental Officer (CDO). Partner with the CDO to support strategic initiatives, including but not limited to dental expansion and residency/training programs.
Requirements
- Graduation from a CODA approved dental school and possession of DDS/DMD degree.
- Current and valid California dental license with record in good standing.
- Post-graduate residency training is required
- Three years of practice in all aspects of general dentistry in a community-based dental clinic providing service to underserved populations in a multicultural environment.
- Extensive administrative and personnel management experience.
- General understanding of Asian and Pacific Islander community and health issues.
