Job Description
The EXECUTIVE N - PROJECT SALES role involves conducting planning and analysis for Project Sales, identifying growth opportunities, and driving business development initiatives. The role requires building and maintaining business relations with key stakeholders, developing relationships with applicators, and improving market practices to provide superior customer experience.
Requirements
- Conduct planning and analysis for all segments in Project Sales
- Identify growth opportunities and drive initiatives to gain market share
- Design and run interventions to upgrade customers on usage of high end premium products
- Develop relationships with and engage applicators
- Expand the number of applicators loyal to Asian Paints
- Improve market practices, with a view to providing superior customer experience
- Integrate with Retail, Services and Commercial teams
- Ensure growth and development of immediate team
- Productive utilization of manpower resources to drive business growths
