Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the Premium Manager and Premium Supervisors. Sets up, serves and breaks down functions.
Requirements
- Monitor and observe guests dining experience
- Respond appropriately to guest requests
- Responsible for the overall cleanliness of assigned service areas
- Provide guidance to guests
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware
- Sets up, maintains, and breaks down food warmers, utensils, hotboxes
- Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions
- Returns food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to proper location
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of complete menu, products on hand
- Complete other duties as assigned
