Guest Services Representative

Provide excellent guest service to event guests, including greeting, assisting with crowd control, and responding to guest complaints. Work in a fast-paced environment, often changing tasks without loss of efficiency or composure.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year prior customer service experience
• Reliable transportation to and from facilities
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to take direction well and work with others
• Ability to operate radio devices
