Keyholder (Mall of America – Bloomington, MN – 2026 Special Olympics - USA)

Keyholder is responsible for supervising activities within the event, focusing on guest experience and day-to-day operations. Reports directly to the Program Manager. The role involves greeting customers, assisting with merchandise, executing visual merchandising directives, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Requirements

• 6 months - 1 year industry experience
• Associates or four-year college degree in retail, business or related field
• Knowledge of products
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
