Merchandise Associate- (Mall of America – Bloomington, MN – 2026 Special Olympics - USA)

Merchandise Associate will assist with the sale of official licensed event specific merchandise, greet and engage with customers, handle credit transactions, and more.

Requirements

• Retail/Customer Service experience recommended
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• Basic math skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and move throughout the venue
• Ability to transport up to 30 lbs
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor and guests
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members
