Job Description
The Sr. Customer Enablement Specialist role is a high-impact opportunity to directly support one of Aspen Technology's largest and most strategic customers in Latin America while contributing to Aspen Technology's continued growth and success in the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Science or Geosciences
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in IT, data science or geoscience related disciplines
- Experience managing Upstream Data
- Familiarity with data and workflows to support data managing projects
- Ability to identify opportunities that create value for customers with a strong customer first mindset
- Ability to proactively take the leads in resolving complex technical issues
