We are looking for skilled Technical Support Engineers to join our team in two distinct areas: Engineering Solutions and Subsurface Science & Engineering Solutions (SSE).
Requirements
- Provide technical support for AspenTech solutions
- Deliver customer training and maintain up-to-date training materials
- Collaborate with customers to optimize workflows and recommend improvements
- Engage with R&D teams to suggest product improvements
- Conduct pre-release testing of software
- Travel to customer sites as required
